1) Go to www.game.co.uk and click the store locator link and make a list of all the stores in your local area. They are everywhere, I had 7 within 5 miles of me.

2) At precisely 9am every morning, call every store and say: “Can you check your delivery list and tell me if you have any wiis coming in today?” They will reply yes or no.

3) If yes, then ask “Can you hold one for me and I will come and pick it up”. They will and you do.

4) Bob’s yer uncle - wii heaven

Don’t buy any games or accessories from Game unless you want to, there are cheaper places to buy that additional wiimote and games.
This has worked for me and two of my friends. Credit to my pal Gary who was first to discover this simple but effective method.
